George Jack is an author and poet who enjoys performing poetry for, and teaching it to, children in New Hampshire schools. 

He is a New Hampshire Justice of the Peace and holds a brown belt in  karate.  Along with being excited about Don't Play Catch With Jelly, he is looking forward to breaking the birthday-cake-eating record sometime this year.
